Cancellation policy

Early check-in after 08:00 is charged at the rate of 50% of the room rate (breakfast included). Early check-in before 08:00 is charged at the rate of 100% (breakfast included). . We recommend that you inform us about an early check-in the day before arrival, as the hotel does not guarantee room availability until 14:00.

Late check-out before 18:00 is charged at the rate of 50% of the room rate. Check-out after 18:00 will be counted as one night and will be charged at the rate of 100%.

Any cancellation or modification of a confirmed booking must be received by the hotel in writing no later than 24 hours prior to arrival (14:00, Uzbek time / GMT +5 hours). Otherwise, as well as in case of non-appearance of the guest, a cancellation fee in the amount of one night's cost will be charged.
