Early check-in after 08:00 is charged 50% of the room rate (breakfast included). Early check-in before 08:00 is charged at the rate of 100% (breakfast included). For early check-in, contact the booking department by phone +998712319898 or write to reservation@ichanqala.uz . We recommend that you inform us about an early check-in the day before arrival, as the hotel does not guarantee availability of rooms until 14:00.


Late check-out before 18:00 is charged at the rate of 50% of the room rate. Check-out after 18:00 will be counted as one night and will be charged at the rate of 100%. For late check-out, contact the booking department by phone +998712319898 or write to reservation@ichanqala.uz .


Any cancellation or modification of a confirmed reservation must be received by the hotel in writing no later than 24 hours before arrival (14:00, Uzbek time / GMT +5 hours). Otherwise, as well as in case of non-appearance of the guest, a cancellation fee in the amount of the cost of one night will be charged.
